TyrAds Publisher Dashboard Privacy Policy

    TyrAds Pte. Ltd. ("TyrAds", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information of users ("Publishers", "you", or "your") who access or use our Publisher Dashboard ("Dashboard"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, safeguard, and disclose your information when you use the Dashboard, as well as your rights in relation to that information. By accessing or using the Dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

    This Privacy Policy supplements any agreements you may have with TyrAds, including any Insertion Orders ("IO") or other contractual arrangements. Where there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and any other agreement or contract with TyrAds, this Privacy Policy shall prevail with respect to your use of the Dashboard.

    Publisher Account Information: name, email address, company name, username, password, country, and contact information.

    App and Integration Data: details of apps, web properties, SDK or API integrations, app type (Android, iOS, Web), API keys, integration metadata, and usage metrics.

    Device and Technical Data: device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, device ID, serial number), operating system and version, device specifications (brand, model, CPU, memory, screen size), network and carrier information (IP address, connection type, VPN status, roaming status), locale, timezone, language, and system time.

    Usage and Activity Data: campaign performance, impressions, clicks, installs, conversions, postback events, reporting and dashboard interactions, support tickets, and error logs.

    Other Information: any other information you voluntarily provide to TyrAds through the Dashboard, including feedback, suggestions, or other communications.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information collected to:

    • Enable and manage your access to the Dashboard and related services.
    • Facilitate SDK/API integration, campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
    • Verify your account, authenticate access, and maintain security.
    • Prevent fraud, unauthorized activity, and misuse of the Dashboard or services.
    • Monitor, analyze, and improve Dashboard functionality, performance, and user experience.
    • Respond to support requests, inquiries, and disputes.
    • Exercise our rights and enforce obligations under contracts with you.
    • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

    You agree that TyrAds may use your information to perform these activities at its sole discretion, and TyrAds is not liable for any losses arising from the use or non-use of the Dashboard.

    Where applicable, TyrAds processes your information to:

    • Perform contractual obligations with you, including access and billing for Dashboard services.
    • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
    • Pursue legitimate interests, including preventing fraud, ensuring platform security, and improving services.

Use of the dashboard is at your own risk, and TyrAds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the dashboard.

    TyrAds reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the Dashboard or communicated electronically. Continued use of the Dashboard after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
